All delivery times and dates are only provided as approximate estimates and given from the time of dispatch, and NOT from your order date. 
It is your responsibility to ensure your correct contact details that will be sent over to the courier company. If we are required to redirect the shipment, any associated costs as may be applicable shall be your responsibility.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage to your order in transit after your order is handed over to the courier company.

Note:
1. If you ask other person to help you to receive your order, he/she must sign in with your name. Only this can be deemed to be the rightful recipient of the order or you will bear any loss by yourself.
2. All orders address must be the same with the credit card. If you wish that we delivery your order to different address, you should use credit card or paypal address to send us an e-mail and tell me the delivery address. We don't ship to P.O box address and require an adult to sign for the order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from our Store. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please see our Return Rules and Restrictions and Return Exceptions before returning your item.


Information for international customers or customers traveling internationally: products purchased on our Store, our call center or through our retail l0cations in the United States cannot be returned for refund or warranty repair at any of our international l0cations.

Return Guideline:

1.The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt if you want to return your purchase.

2.Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and returning address.

3.All items must be returned in the original package and in resalable condition.

4.Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return:
Bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return; phone number.

5.All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Please don't use TNT or UPS, which will cause high Customs duty. www.kerstman.net/zo45 is not responsible for any extra charge caused by Customs. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

6.Postage is not refundable. 15% handling fee and postage will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed up and opened, which also applies to orders with free shipping. 15% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages. Only postage is not refundable.

7.The customer can get the refund within 2 weeks after we receive the return items.

Exchange Guideline:

1.Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process, that's to say, the customer has to pay the shipping cost for us to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.

2.Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit (You’re supposed to attach a picture of the faulty part).

3.All items can only exchange for equal price replacements. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
